Derek Dumbeck

Derek Dumbeck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Derek started their career as an Audit Intern at Tom Green County, where they assisted in internal audits and budget planning. Derek then moved on to Leidos, where they took on roles such as Training Specialist and Implementation and Training Team Supervisor, working closely with hospitals and training employees on the use of time and attendance software. In 2019, they joined vXchnge as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on relationship management and executive engagement with nationwide customers. Currently, Derek works at Cognosante as a Lead Test Engineer, ensuring the quality assurance of software increments impacting the Veteran's Affair's time, attendance, and pay cycles. Derek'sresponsibilities include writing test cases and confirming defect resolution and software functionality.

Derek Dumbeck obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Angelo State University in the years 2012-2015. Derek also holds additional certifications such as DHS Trusted Tester from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (obtained in 2023) and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER (obtained in May 2020).
