Rance Greene

Rance Greene has had a varied career, beginning with a full-time ministry role in 2000. In this role, they served as Associate Pastor and Creative Director at Times Square Church, where they supervised and trained a staff of over 200 volunteer instructors, and led all programs and projects for the ministry that involved the arts. In 2009, they moved to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they served as a Senior Performance Consultant. During this time, Rance created a story-telling platform that completely transformed training and communications for the Ethics & Compliance Department, and won awards for the courses they created. In 2016, Rance founded needastory.com, a role in which they served as Founder and Story Designer. In 2017, they joined ATD Dallas as the Director of the Governing Board, and also served as President, Executive Board Member Professional Development, and VP Special Interest Groups. Finally, in 2022, Rance joined School of Story Design as Principle Story Designer, and Cognota as CLO Coach.

Rance Greene has a Master's Degree in Choreography from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts from Appalachian State University. Rance has also obtained certifications from The eLearning Guild and Training Magazine, including Project Leadership for Instructional Designers, Storyboarding, Designing Effective Learning Games, and Articulate Storyline.
