Moshe Shimon

Moshe Shimon is an accomplished executive in the technology sector with extensive experience in product management and marketing. Currently serving as VP Product & Head of Business Group at Cognyte since September 2025, Moshe previously held the position of VP Product & Marketing at RAD and VP/Head of Product Management for NFV and OSS solutions at Amdocs. Earlier roles include VP Product Management at ECI Telecom, where Moshe focused on Packet Optical Product Management, and VP Marketing and Product Management at Telco Systems. Moshe's career began as a System Technology Engineer at BYNET, followed by significant roles at Nokia Siemens Networks as Director of product line management for IP/MPLS and Carrier Ethernet technologies. Moshe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
