Christina Bellis

Christina Bellis is the Chief Operating Officer at CoGo. Christina has held this position since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Thankyou Payroll from September 2015 to March 2021.

Christina has always been passionate about social enterprise and making a difference in their community. Christina was drawn to Thankyou Payroll because of its mission to provide free payroll intermediary services to small businesses and registered charities in New Zealand. Christina was instrumental in leading the company through a successful transformation to its business model in 2018 in response to legislative changes from the government.

Under Christina's leadership, Thankyou Payroll has grown to serve thousands of clients and has become a top-end provider of payroll services in New Zealand. Christina is dedicated to scaling the business and maintaining its strategic direction to ensure that it continues to meet its targets and goals. In addition to their responsibilities at CoGo, Christina also manages staff and deliverables, nurtures client relationships, and upholds the company's great culture.

Christina Bellis has a Bachelor's degree in Media & Communications and English Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University. Christina also has a diploma from the altMBA program.

A direct report to Christina Bellis is and Simone Royal - Operations Support Specialist. Christina Bellis reports to Ben Gleisner, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Christina Baldarelli - Product Manager API, Solutions, Eric Roest - Enterprise Sales Manager, and Daniel Dvoracek - Senior Developer.
