Tapan Kumar Das

Tapan Kumar Das has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the finance and consulting industry. Tapan is currently the Managing Partner at Padhi & co, Chartered Accountants. Prior to that, they founded and manages aim2grow.in, an executive management consulting firm operating in India and Canada. Tapan has also served as a Virtual CFO for Cogos Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hachidori Robotics Private Limited, and Health Tech I Food Tech I Logistic I Baby Food I M&A I Data Science. Additionally, they have been the Director at Yeta Solutions Pvt Ltd and VCFO at Peptris Technologies. Tapan co-founded itiffin.in, an intelligent meal planning company, and held the position of VP-Finance at Flipkart.com. Tapan also served as the Head of Finance and Administration at YLG, a wellness service company, where they were part of the founding executive team.

Tapan Kumar Das began their education in 1991 at Berhampur University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as Accountancy, Costing, and Taxation. Tapan successfully completed their degree in 1994.

Following their Bachelor's degree, Tapan enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1996. Tapan pursued a Chartered Accountancy degree and studied several subjects including Management Accounting, Taxation, Costing, and Management. Tapan completed their Chartered Accountancy degree in 2001.

In 2006, Tapan decided to further enhance their knowledge in General Management. Tapan enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and pursued the Advanced General Management Program (AGMP). Tapan completed this program in 2007.
