Stephanie Smith, CHDM, is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Founder and Digital Matriarch of Cogwheel Marketing & Analytics since August 2018, where the focus is on providing digital marketing solutions tailored for hotels and multi-branded management companies. Additionally, Stephanie holds roles as a Partner & Consultant at Cayuga Hospitality Consultants and a member of various industry boards, including HSMAI’s Marketing Advisory Board and the Female Founders in Hospitality network. Prior to these positions, Stephanie had an extensive career at Baywood Hotels, managing eCommerce and technology initiatives for over 100 hotels, and accumulating significant experience at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in various management roles. Stephanie’s academic credentials include a BS in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from UT Dallas, complemented by advanced certifications in revenue management.
