Daniel Clark has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations and management. Daniel has worked in various roles, including as a General Manager and Executive Chef at Circus Resto Bar, and as the General Manager of Bogota Latin Bistro. Daniel has also worked as a Hospitality Consultant, providing support and guidance to businesses in areas such as vendor management, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. More recently, they have held leadership positions at onefinestay, where they were responsible for managing P&L, overseeing multiple departments, and implementing cost-saving measures. Daniel also has experience in the coliving and short-term home rentals sector, having worked as an Operations Consultant at Bungalow/ Mint House/ Makomi and as the Managing Director - United States for Cohabs, where they launched the company's operations in the United States and oversaw various departments. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize operations, streamline processes, and achieve cost savings.
