Martin Kisielewicz

VP Project at Cohabs

Martin Kisielewicz started their work experience in 2008 as an Architect and Project Leader at Atelier De Visscher & Vincentelli, where they managed various architectural and urban planning projects. Martin was responsible for overseeing the entire project process, including sketching, pre-studies, building permits, construction documentation, on-site supervision, and client and contractor communication. Martin also participated in architectural competitions and played a role in the creation and design of the firm's website.

In 2014, Kisielewicz joined JCX Management as a Project Manager in Real Estate Development. Here, they conducted construction, renovation, and urban projects. Martin managed public-private partnerships, competitions, calls for proposals, and coordinated all aspects of the projects from concept to delivery. Martin closely monitored budgets, schedules, and quality, and also supervised worksites and coached teams for complex major projects.

In 2015, Kisielewicz moved to Wing Partners as a Project Manager in Design and Construction. Martin worked as a liaison between architects, general contractors, and furniture manufacturers. In this role, they contributed to the distribution of high-end glass office fronts and European office furniture in several markets, including NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Toronto.

In 2018, Kisielewicz joined Eaglestone as a Project Manager. Martin worked on various projects and managed the overall project execution from start to finish.

Most recently, Kisielewicz has been with Cohabs since 2019. Martin initially started as a Project Director and then advanced to the role of VP Project in May 2021. Unfortunately, the end dates for their roles at Cohabs are not provided.

Martin Kisielewicz earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007. From 2003 to 2008, they also pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering in the field of Architecture at the Université catholique de Louvain. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Management Tools from Ichec Brussels Management School, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
