In 2018, they joined Aries Science & Technology, LLC as a Director of Operations, where they led the design of a logo, website, and social media accounts. Madison also streamlined proposal review processes and handled financial data analysis. In 2019, Madison became a Community Manager at COhatch, where they played a key role in managing the community and its operations.
