Megan Dotzauer

Megan Dotzauer is an experienced professional specializing in community engagement and health wellness. Currently serving as the COhatch Cincinnati Community Orchestrator since November 2019, Megan connects individuals and businesses to local COhatch communities. Prior to this role, Megan founded InsideOut Fitness, where the focus was on empowering clients through exercise and nutrition from June 2016 to November 2019. Additionally, Megan worked as a consultant for Rodan + Fields, promoting skincare solutions between October 2017 and October 2019, and contributed as a substitute teacher at Forest Hills School District during the 2018-2019 school year. Earlier experience as a Child Life Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center involved creating enjoyable experiences for sick children from May 2015 to July 2016. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Miami University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
