Adam Stanic is currently the Director of Workforce Operations at cohealth, where Adam leads a team to manage all human resources processes and operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. With a strong background in HR management, Adam previously held roles at Oxfam Australia and Oxfam International, providing expertise in areas such as employee life cycle management, international reward advice, and volunteer recruitment. Adam's experience also includes roles at Twinings, George Weston Foods, and Inchcape Australia. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Economics from the University of Wollongong.
