Alex Matheny

Alex Matheny is an accomplished asset manager with extensive experience in real estate management and finance. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Cohen Asset Management, Inc. since September 2018, Alex previously held positions as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions at Rexford Industrial and as an Associate at AEW Capital Management. Alex’s career began with roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Lee and Associates, and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, focusing on economic development and commercial real estate.
