Amanda Rivera

Amanda Rivera is currently serving as a Property Manager at Cohen-Esrey since October 2023. Previously, Amanda held the position of Regional Manager at The Wogan Group from August 2016 to November 2021, where oversight included four apartment communities across Kansas and Missouri. Amanda began a career in property management as a leasing professional in Denver, Colorado, eventually advancing to Assistant Property Manager at Apartment Management Consultants LLC from July 2014 to August 2016, with responsibilities culminating in Lawrence, Kansas. Amanda completed high school education at Topeka High School from 2005 to 2009, earning a diploma.
