Carol Lowe

Carol Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Carol started their career at Independence State Bank, where they worked as a Head Teller and Loan Assistant from 1974 to 1987. Carol then moved on to Union National Bank, where they served as an Account Specialist from 1989 to 1991. Carol joined Frontier Farm Credit in 1996 as the Vice President of Lending Operations, a role they held until 2011. Currently, Carol works as the Director of State Tax Credits at Cohen-Esrey Capital Partners, LLC, where they have been since 2011. In this position, they have been responsible for managing tax credit investments worth over $150,000,000, placing them with institutional and individual investors.

Carol Lowe attended Kansas State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education. Additionally, in June 2000, they received a certification in Leadership Training from Achieve Global.
