Kristina Viera, CMCA-AHM, currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director and Assistant Vice President at Cohen-Esrey, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Kristina held multiple positions at The Smith Management Group, including Community Association Manager from July 2015 to September 2017. Kristina's experience also includes significant roles at Bigos Management, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Regional Manager to Property Manager from 2004 to 2014, as well as serving as the Section 8 Compliance Administrator. With a solid background in property management and regional oversight, Kristina Viera demonstrates extensive expertise in community association management.
