Kim Ruffino

Kim Ruffino is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management and brokerage. Currently serving as Property Manager at Cohen-Esrey since March 2015, Kim oversees senior apartment communities, including House Springs Apts and Fillmore Place. As the Owner and Broker of Custom Realty, established in January 2015, Kim provides full-service real estate solutions in St. Louis and surrounding areas. Prior to this, Kim was the Broker/Owner of 6 Star Management from 1999 to January 2015, focusing on vacation and long-term rentals at Lake of the Ozarks, and briefly operated Custom Realty Group, LLC from June 2012 to August 2013. Kim holds a B.S. degree from Western Illinois University and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri since 1999.
