Alexis Febres

Alexis Febres, CPA has a diverse range of work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2014, Alexis started as a Financial Assistant at Honer Trenching Company, where they successfully managed the financials of an independent contractor, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting.

In 2017, Alexis took on two internship positions. First, they worked as a State and Local Tax Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining valuable experience in tax practices. Later that year, Alexis joined Cohen & Company as a Private Company Services Tax Intern, contributing to the tax services provided to private companies.

In 2019, Alexis became an Industry Tax Practice Associate at PwC, where they further developed their expertise in tax practices. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Yoga Instructor at Harmony Yoga Studios, focusing on promoting physical and mental well-being through yoga practices.

Most recently, Alexis joined Cohen & Company in 2022 as a Senior Tax Accountant, demonstrating their growth and competency in the field of taxation.

Alexis Febres, CPA obtained a Master's degree in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, Alexis completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2018. In 2016, Alexis also briefly studied Accounting and Business/Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
