Lesley is highly focused on delivering value and consistently applying a servant leadership mindset to working with her team and colleagues. She loves building and working in collaborative teams to deliver meaningful results and also loves to laugh, out loud and a lot, as those who sit near her in the office know all too well.

Having spent the last 25 years in professional services firm partnerships, Lesley is part of the firm’s seven-member shared services leadership team, which also includes Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, Administrative and Sales. As CMO, she established the go-to-market infrastructure and technical expertise necessary for a growing firm. The Marketing team Lesley leads is focused on helping the firm achieve its business goals and commitments to client service through the priorities of brand building, relationship nurturing and sales enablement support.
