Randy served as CEO of Cohen & Company from 1997 to 2022, leading the firm to grow more than 10 times in size and to significantly expand its accounting, tax and consulting services during his tenure. His commitment to developing long-term relationships has been a key component of the firm's success. Under his leadership, the firm focused on grooming a solid management team and quality financial business advisers, providing them with a platform to excel.
