Susan M. Greenwood is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in securities law and compliance. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Securities Research and Analysis at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC since March 2016, Susan focuses on analyzing new case opportunities and preparing evaluations of case viability. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Legal and Compliance Consulting, where Susan prepared compliance materials on various financial regulations. As a Securities Law Specialist at Bloomberg Law, Susan contributed to the launch of the platform, and held roles at Chubb Insurance investigating complex claims, Milberg LLP managing securities fraud cases, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP as an Associate. Susan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Cornell University.
