Scott Rowan

Scott Rowan is an experienced professional in community asset management and landscape operations, currently serving as the Director of Community Asset Management at Cohere since January 2017. Prior to this role, Scott held various leadership positions at DMB Associates from June 2001 to December 2016, including Director of Community Asset Management and Facility & Landscape Operations Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at The Groundskeeper, where Scott gained expertise in commercial landscape management, and Jetstream Landscape & Irrigation as a Landscape Foreman. Scott holds a Technician Certificate in Electronics from DeVry University and possesses a Desert Landscaper Certification.
