Dennis Padilla

Dennis Padilla began their work experience in 2021 as a Research Assistant at Making the Shift Inc., where they worked until September 2022. In 2020, they joined York University as a Research Assistant and continued until the present time. In 2023, Dennis worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Blue Guardian and as a Risk Management Intern at Bristol Gate Capital Partners Inc. Dennis also took on the role of Operations Lead at Cohere starting in April 2023.

Dennis Padilla has a strong educational background in psychology and quantitative methods. From 2019 to 2023, they attended York University where they earned a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Science (B.Sc., Spec. Hons.) in Psychology. Following this, from 2023 to 2025, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Quantitative Methods at the same institution, solidifying their expertise in this field. In addition, they obtained a certification in TCPS 2 from the Government of Canada in February 2020.
