Nicholas Edwards

Nicholas Edwards is a dedicated researcher currently working as a Research Assistant at UCL since September 2024, focusing on a project that explores the use of large language models as autonomous research agents in collaboration with Boston University. With a background in data quality as a Senior Data Quality Specialist at Cohere since January 2024, Nicholas also has experience as a Data Scientist at Sense Street from September 2022 to September 2023 and as a Computational Linguist Intern at the same company in July to September 2021, where test suites for language model performance were developed. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Speech & Language Processing from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge.
