Racheal Lama

Racheal Lama is a Senior Data Quality Specialist at Cohere since December 2023, bringing a rich background in management and research from previous roles. Racheal served as the International Tour Manager, Assistant Manager, and Librarian for the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum from September 2019 to September 2023. Additionally, Racheal worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Harvard University from 2020 to 2022. Leadership experience includes co-president and co-cultural chair of the Harvard Radcliffe Asian American Association from January 2020 to December 2021. Racheal also contributed as a Private Tutor for Pandemic Learning Tutors and as a Teaching Assistant in the Interschool Language Immersion Program. Notably, Racheal co-founded and taught in the ESL Program for Native Mandarin Speakers from 2014 to 2018. Racheal holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience & Evolutionary Psychology from Harvard University, completed in May 2023, and a high school diploma from The Spence School, awarded in May 2019.
