Matthew Becker

Matthew Becker, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Cohere Beauty since September 2023. Matthew previously held the same position at RD Industries, Inc. for a brief period in 2023 and at Hexagon USA Holdings Inc. from 2014 to 2022, where Matthew led HR functions for multiple business areas within a large clean energy manufacturing organization. In addition to extensive HR management experience, Matthew served in the United States Air Force for a decade, where roles included Employee Relations Manager and Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong background in employee relations, training and development, and organizational leadership.
