Thomas's career also includes significant contributions at Molson Coors as a Commercial Finance Manager, leading financial initiatives for enterprise growth projects, and at Arrow Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed managing P&Ls and consolidating large revenue streams. Thomas began the finance journey as an Accountant at Western Union, laying a strong foundation in financial reporting and accounting practices. Thomas holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
