Tawnya Johnson

Tawnya Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in human resources, with a focus on people partnering and operations. Tawnya started their career in 2011 as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the Boston Red Sox. Tawnya then moved to Euro-Pro as a Senior Human Resources Consultant before transitioning to Alegeus Technologies, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Capital. In 2016, Tawnya worked in various Senior Human Resources Consultant roles for SharkNinja, PrismHR, Speciality Products Resources, Inc., and copatient. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Global Head of People Operations and Senior HRBP at SharkNinja. Tawnya then joined Snyk in 2020 as the Global Head of People Partnering, taking on roles such as Senior People Partner Director and Global Head of People Partnering and People Operations. Tawnya'smost recent position is at Cohere Health as the Senior Director of People Business Partnerships, starting in 2023.
