Vikas Mehta

Vikas Mehta is a machine learning engineer currently working at Cohere Health since July 2023, having previously held the position of software engineer co-op at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023. Vikas gained experience as a digital specialist engineer at Infosys from May 2021 to September 2021, and served as a software development engineer at Mednext Consulting from July 2020 to October 2020. Prior to these roles, Vikas interned as an AI research intern at the Space Applications Centre, ISRO, from January 2020 to May 2020 and as a research intern at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in June and July of 2019. Vikas holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences at UMass Amherst, obtained in May 2023, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Nirma University, completed in May 2020.
