Lex Herrera, CSM

Lex Herrera's work experience begins with their current position as an Intelligence Sourcing Specialist at Cohere Technology Group. In this role, Lex works closely with stakeholders and takes ownership in their missions to deliver top results and capabilities.

Prior to this, Lex served as an Agency Coordinator at Combined, a Chubb Company, where they were responsible for providing individual and group supplemental insurance products and making the world of supplemental insurance easy to understand.

Lex also worked as a Talent Sourcer at Raytheon Technologies, where they collaborated with a global team to advance aviation, build defense systems, and create innovations in space.

Before that, Lex was a Talent Outreach Recruiter at Leidos, where they played a part in delivering meaningful and timely solutions to a rapidly changing world.

Furthermore, Lex gained experience as an Associate Recruiter/Fellow at Bellator Recruiting Academy, where they received training in Talent Acquisition best practices.

Lex also had roles as a Human Resources Coordinator (Contract) at CIBT and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) at Lidl US. In both positions, Lex contributed to the growth and development of these companies.

Prior to that, Lex was a Talent Management Specialist Trainee at Stillwater Human Capital, where they helped wounded warriors and veterans transition into corporate recruiting roles.

Lastly, Lex began their career as an IT Service Management Analyst at Accenture, where they strategically delivered and managed communication methods and resolved incidents using various software programs.

Lex Herrera, CSM, has an education history that spans from 2002 to 2016. They attended Centreville High School from 2002 to 2006, graduating with an Advanced Studies Diploma. In 2009, they enrolled at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) program. In 2016, Herrera briefly studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at New Horizons Computer Learning Center.

In addition to their educational background, Herrera obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from BadgeCert in November 2018.
