Annie Yu, MBA, CPA has extensive experience in the finance and accounting field. Annie began their career in 1994 at DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION as an International Trade and Supply Chain. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Motorola Semiconductors Product Sector in various roles such as Operation Controller, TECD Division, Sector Financial Planning & Analysis, and Factory Finance. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Freescale Semiconductor in Corporate Audit/SOX, Global SAP project Supply To Market Release, and Global Supply Chain/manufacturing FP&A. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Watts Water Technologies as Asia CFO, overseeing the entire financial functions of over 4 legal entities. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Dell as Director, Financial Assurance and Director of Internal Audit. Currently, they are Co-Chief Financial Officer at Coherent Logix, Inc.

Annie Yu obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from St. Edward's University between 1997 and 1999. Annie also received their Bachelor's Degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in English in International Trade between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, Annie Yu is a Certified Public Accountant.
