Alexey Novik

Alexey Novik is an experienced UX/UI designer and manager. Alexey began their career in 2007 at Belpronto, where they started as a computer graphics designer and eventually took on additional responsibilities such as web interfaces, prints, 3D renders, and illustrations.

In 2009, Alexey joined TUT.BY as a web designer with team leading responsibility. Alexey led a team of UI designers and front-end developers, supporting national web portals for multiple countries with various B2B and B2C directions. Alexey also conducted Photoshop training for their teammates and developed an updated program.

From 2013 to 2018, Alexey worked at Professional Solutions LLC as a senior UX/UI designer. Here, they gained experience in creating solutions from the ground up and tested new features of HTML5/CSS3. Alexey also adapted their workflow using the new features of Adobe Photoshop CC.

In 2013, Alexey had a short but interesting experience at ZuSoft, a startup where they worked as a UI/UX designer. Alexey brought UX expertise to the project, improved existing interfaces and user workflows, and designed a complete interface for the mobile version of the site.

From 2014 to 2015, Alexey worked at the Educational Center of HTP "IT Academy" as a UX/UI course developer, coach, and mentor. Alexey successfully trained approximately 40 students, covering modules such as research, prototyping, visual design, and presentation.

From 2015 to 2018, Alexey joined LEAPTEST A/S as a UI developer and UI/UX designer. Their responsibilities included creating and improving software interfaces, solving UI/UX problems, and ensuring UI consistency. Alexey utilized technologies such as WPF, XAML, Devexpress Controls, and tools like Visual Studio and Adobe CC Suite.

In 2018, Alexey joined ISsoft as a UX designer, where they worked until 2021. Alexey brought their expertise to UX design projects and contributed to the team's success.

Currently, Alexey is working at Coherent Solutions Lithuania, starting as a UX designer in 2021 and later becoming the UX Department Manager in 2022.

Throughout their career, Alexey has demonstrated a passion for user experience and a willingness to learn and test new technologies and tools to create the best user experience for their clients.

Alexey Novik has a diverse education history. In 2002-2009, they attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and studied Economics. In 2009, they briefly studied Design and Marketing at the Europos Humanitarinis Universitetas. In 2010, they attended the British Higher School of Art and Design to further their knowledge in the field of Design, specifically focusing on the design of interactive environments. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a certification in Human-Computer Interaction from Coursera, although specific details regarding the completion date are not provided.
