Kami Holtz

Kami Holtz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kami started their career as a Position Budget Manager at ING in 2002, where they managed the position budgeting for the Cost and Budget team. After that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at ING from 2003 to 2004.

In 2004, Holtz joined Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota as a Systems Analyst and later became a System Administrator, responsible for the administration and support of corporate applications including Peoplesoft Financials and HR systems. Kami then served as a Technical Supervisor, leading a team of developers and system administrators.

In 2007, Holtz returned to ING and took on the role of a Senior Systems Engineer at ING Americas until 2011. During their time at ING, they also held the position of IT Manager from 2007 to 2012.

Following ING, Holtz joined Target in 2012 as an IT Manager and later became a Senior Process Analyst. In these roles, they led a highly skilled middleware Enterprise level support team, developed strategies to drive the business forward, and managed large and complex initiatives. Kami also demonstrated technical expertise through the development of comprehensive reports and metrics.

From 2015 to 2017, Holtz worked at Oracle as a Consulting Solution Director, primarily focused on security solutions.

Most recently, Holtz joined Coherent Solutions in 2017 as a Delivery Manager. Kami was later promoted to Vice President of Business Development and is currently responsible for leading business development efforts.

Kami Holtz pursued their education at the University of St. Thomas from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Kami furthered their studies at the University of Phoenix, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technical Management from 2007 to 2010.
