Valeria Sergeeva

Valeria Sergeeva has worked as a Business Analyst at three different companies. Valeria started their career at ISsoft in July 2019, where they performed requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Valeria also created UML diagrams, facilitated refinement/grooming meetings, and created UI prototypes. In addition, Valeria was responsible for creating work processes from the BA side and onboarding new team members. Valeria worked at ISsoft until April 2022.

After that, Valeria joined RubyGarage in December 2021 as a Business Analyst. Valeria'smain responsibilities included conducting the discovery phase, participating in the hiring process, acting as a Team Lead, and optimizing project work processes. Valeria also provided estimations for project scope from the BAs side and participated in the pre-sale phase. Valeria conducted all Scrum events, performed requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation in user stories format, and created UI prototypes.

Currently, Valeria is working as a Business Analyst at Coherent Solutions, starting in April 2022. Valeria'smain responsibilities include performing requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Valeria also maintains requirements during the implementation process, performs regular requirements session meetings with the customer and stakeholders, facilitates scrum events, and creates UML and BPMN diagrams as well as UI prototypes.

Valeria Sergeeva holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Mathematics and System Analysis from Belarusian State University. Valeria also has a Master of Social Science - MSS in Conflict Management from Russian State Social University. Additionally, Valeria has obtained certifications in API and Web Service Introduction from Udemy in September 2022, and an English level certificate (level A1) from EF Языковые курсы за рубежом для взрослых in April 2022.
