Tracey Heibel

Tracey Heibel is an experienced education professional with a career spanning several roles within St. Mary's County Public Schools since 1987 and currently serving as a Guidance Quality Modeling & Simulation Systems Analyst at Coherent Technical Services, Inc. since 2017. Tracey has held various positions, including Administrative Accountability Officer, STEM/Science Supervisor, Principal at Great Mills High School, and Assistant Principal, demonstrating expertise in data analysis for improving student attendance and academic success. Tracey effectively managed significant STEM grants, supervised instructional programs, and achieved high compliance with funding requirements while overseeing a large number of educators and student assessments. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kaplan College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
