Sherri Luther

Sherri Luther is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior finance roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Coherent Corp. since October 2024, Sherri also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors at Silicon Labs, participating in both the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. Previously, Sherri held the position of Corporate Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Lattice Semiconductor, leading significant financial initiatives and investor relations strategies. Sherri's background includes valuable roles at Coherent Inc., where Sherri directed finance operations for the ILS segment and managed numerous mergers and acquisitions, as well as a successful tenure at Quantum, optimizing supply chain processes and fostering financial integration during acquisitions. Sherri's early career includes positions at Ultra Network Technologies and Arthur Andersen, underscoring a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. Sherri holds an Executive MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
