John Mark Prewitt

John Mark Prewitt, CPA, has extensive experience in the accounting and financial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Member at Cohesion since June 2016 and at Prewitt CPA, PLLC since January 2012, John has played a key role in leading these firms. Prior experience includes positions as an Accountant at Vericrest Financial, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2013 and as an Audit/Tax Associate at PwC from August 2010 to August 2011. John holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School.
