Megan Limanni

Megan is our Talent Acquisition Manager! She's a lifelong Chicagoan and most recently led the permanent placement recruiting team as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half. She specialized in placing digital, technical, and marketing candidates in the Chicagoland area. After graduating from Loyola University Chicago, Megan got her start in the hospitality industry as a Front of House Manager for a popular sports bar. She made the pivot and has found her niche in recruiting because it's the perfect combination of people-centered communications and strategy. The ability to create a company culture and make a positive impact in a startup environment is what drew her to Cohesion, and she can't wait to help build dynamic teams!

Some fun facts about Megan:

-She's been a vegetarian by choice since she was 3

-She was convinced she'd be on Broadway by now - you could catch her in her high school productions of Phantom of the Opera, Oliver, and Rent!

-Her favorite activities are exploring Chicago neighborhoods and checking out local breweries

-She has a cat named Toga that she rescued after finding him alone in the woods while on a camping trip

-She just booked her first international trip to Central America for the end of 2022 and is beyond excited to finally see the world (and get a passport!).
