Jean Bae is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial transactions. Currently serving as Principal Legal Counsel at Cohesity since August 2019, Jean has previously held roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Prior to joining Cohesity, Jean worked at KPMG US from September 2016 to August 2019, advancing through positions from M&A Tax Associate to M&A Tax Senior Associate.
