Mauricio Quesada

Mauricio Quesada is a Site Reliability Engineer III at Cohesity, focusing on providing timely technical issue resolutions for customers since September 2023. Previously, Mauricio served as a Technical Support Engineer L3 at VMware, handling vSAN-related P1 situations and escalations from October 2020 to September 2023. At CSS Corp, from October 2018 to June 2020, Mauricio was a Technical Account Manager for Zscaler, managing technical aspects for SaaS security customers and fostering strong relationships. From June 2014 to September 2018, Mauricio worked at Convergys as both a Program Ready Trainer, delivering networking classes for Juniper certifications, and as a Juniper L2 Escalation Engineer providing support for the EX/QFX team. Prior experience includes a Support Engineer role at Experian Healthcare and a TIER 2 Cisco TAC Network Engineer position at SYKES Costa Rica.
