Shayne Williams

Shayne Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and infrastructure. Currently serving as Principal Cloud Solutions Architect at Cohesity since August 2019, Shayne addresses data management and security challenges using scale-out architecture. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at NetApp, where hybrid and private cloud solutions for large customers were developed, and Systems Engineer positions at both NetApp SolidFire and Pure Storage, focusing on automated infrastructure and accelerating enterprise applications, respectively. Shayne's career began as a Senior Systems Administrator for the City of Bellevue and includes a notable tenure as Advisory Systems Engineer at EMC, where customer technology transformations were executed through holistic solutions design. Shayne holds a degree in Chemistry from Pacific Lutheran University, earned between 1994 and 1996.
