Savannah Defreese

Savannah DeFreese, CF APMP, currently serves as a Proposal Manager at Cohesive since July 2024. Prior to this role, Savannah held various positions at GEM Technologies, Inc. from January 2020 to July 2024, including Director of Proposals and Marketing, where oversight of proposal and marketing operations aimed at developing winning proposals took place. Previous experience includes roles such as Proposal Coordinator and Technical Writer at DPRA Inc. from June 2017 to January 2020, focusing on proposal coordination and compliance for various business opportunities. Savannah began the professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee Center for Transportation Research, contributing to an educational iBook. Savannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2017.
