Tina Burgess

Tina Burgess has extensive experience in various roles within companies across different industries. Tina is currently serving as the People and Culture Director at Cohesive since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PCSG as an Associate Director, where they specialized in BIM and digital data strategy and implementation, business systems improvements, and bid management. Tina also served as the BIM Programme Manager for the Digital Railway Programme at Network Rail in 2015. In earlier years, they held leadership positions at Heathrow, BAA Airports Ltd, Forensic Science Service, Jaguar Land Rover, MG Rover, BMW Group, and Rover Group. Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated expertise in asset information management, knowledge and information management, and programme management.

Tina Burgess has a diverse education history in the field of engineering. Tina attended the University of Birmingham from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree (BEng) in Manufacturing Engineering. Tina furthered their education at the University of Warwick from 1995 to 1999, pursuing a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Engineering Business Management.
