Director of Brand Strategy at Cohley

Jenn Wang is currently the Director of Brand Strategy at Cohley. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Analyst at Bright Cellars from November 2017 to March 2018. Jenn started an affiliate program and influencer strategy from scratch and implemented tactics to scale at Bright Cellars. Jenn also created reports to examine campaign effectiveness and used past data to forecast performance of new sources. Jenn focused on attribution to track top of funnel vs. bottom of funnel media sources within the customer journey to determine corresponding media value payout while they were at Bright Cellars.

Before working at Bright Cellars, Jenn was the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator at Kohl's Department Stores from July 2014 to November 2017. Jenn negotiated and secured quarterly, seasonal, and ad hoc digital placements within budget to deliver YOY growth goals at Kohl's. Jenn also piloted influencer and content partnerships in the affiliate channel and managed the program to drive growth and brand awareness in the content network. In addition, Jenn executed brand campaigns to drive sales, traffic, and awareness for specific merchant priorities. Jenn oversaw integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion; from reaching out to affiliates for proposals to analyzing post promo results to determine ROI. Lastly, Jenn built strong symbiotic relationships with B2B partners to incentivize increased media exposure for Kohl's while they worked there.

Jenn Wang earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
