Alan Solarz

Alan Solarz is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and structuring. Currently serving as Managing Director at CohnReznick LLP since August 2021, Alan advises on partnership, real estate, and related transactions within the National Tax Practice. Previously, Alan held the position of Executive Director at EY from June 2014 to June 2021, focusing on real estate tax strategies. Prior roles include Partner at Bryan Cave LLP from January 1992 to June 2014, where tax planning services were provided to various business entities and individuals, and Associate Attorney positions at both Bryan Cave LLP and Weil Gotshal and Manges.
