Anita Galiano

Anita Galiano, PHR, currently serves as the Mid-Atlantic Region Campus Recruiting Manager at CohnReznick LLP and has held the role of Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist in the same region since July 2019. In addition, Anita is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, teaching Career Search Strategies in Business, where responsibilities include leading lectures and providing professional development for students. Previously, Anita worked at Target from October 2012 to July 2019 in various roles, including Lead Executive Recruiter and Sr. Field Campus Recruiting Leader. Anita's early career was marked by contributions to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, where roles included Director of Programs and Operations, overseeing pivotal national leadership programs. Anita holds a B.S. in Biology - Pre Med and Latin American Literature from The George Washington University.
