Jeremy Swan

Jeremy Swan is a Managing Principal at CohnReznick, leading the Financial Sponsors & Financial Services Industry Practice since February 2012, specializing in M&A consulting and advisory services for private equity and corporate clients. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as a Director at Protiviti Inc. and held principal and senior vice president positions at Gridley & Company LLC and Kaufman Bros., respectively. Additionally, Jeremy co-founded Talisman Solutions and began a career in finance as an Associate and Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Jeremy holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Hamilton College and completed a General Course in Accounting and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
