Vann Vogstad is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the HMO management and coliving sectors. As the Founder and CEO of COHO since July 2019, Vann has focused on streamlining HMO management. Prior to that, Vann co-founded co:home, where innovative approaches to shared living were introduced along with a scalable model for the rental market. Vann also held the position of Head of Accreditations at Co-Liv, leading efforts to standardize coliving practices globally. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Tipstrr and One Place Events, both of which were acquired by major companies, and providing technical expertise as a developer at various firms, including PSA Peugeot Citroën and Switch Design Consultancy. Vann's diverse background encompasses software development, strategic planning, and driving innovation in the real estate and tech industries.
