Following that, they joined Iomega as a VP of HR & Facilities, where they stayed until 2006. In 2007, Aguirre moved to SM&A as an SVP of Human Resources and worked there until 2011. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Global Human Resources at Cohu, Inc., a role they have been in since 2011.
