Lynne J. Camp

Lynne J. Camp is currently the Director at Cohu. Prior to this, they served as Member Board of Directors at Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. from October 2017 to February 2019, where they were also a Director and Compensation Committe member until the company's sale to MKS Instruments. Before that, Camp served as Vice President at Tektronix from 2006 to 2011, where they were responsible for the global RF, Digital and High-Speed Serial instrument businesses serving Computer, Semiconductor, Consumer and Aerospace/Defense industries. During their tenure, they grew the business at three times the industry growth rate and doubled sales in China and with strategic accounts over a two year period. In addition, they reduced product annual failure rate by 4X in 3 years and accelerated time to market of two signicant new products.

From 1996 to 2006, Camp served as Vice President at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. From 1980 to 1996, they worked in marketing, R&D and manufacturing positions at Hewlett-Packard.

Lynne J. Camp has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford University, and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Lynne also has certification from Coursera in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence and from the International Coaching Federation in Associate Certified Coach.
