Wouter Kleefstra

Wouter Kleefstra has held various roles in the field of internal audit. Wouter started their career as an External Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1999. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at TRW where they started as a Senior Auditor and later became an Audit Supervisor. Following that, they joined Visteon Corporation as an Audit Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Sony Corporation of America as an Internal Audit Manager, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Wouter has been with Cohu, Inc., initially as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit and later as the Director of Internal Audit.

Wouter Kleefstra obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in 1999. Their major areas of study were Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Economics. Additionally, Wouter holds a certification as a CPA.
